Youll create vivid mental pictures of yourself in various situations Youll have the power and ability to be an extremely effective receiver in an altered state of consciousness

After ten minutes of this exercise in your mind say quietly to yourself Im now going to wake up On the count of five I will be wide awake and fully alert Number 1 2 3 4 5 Wide awake wide awake

Make certain you are fully alert and awake at the end of this session

If this is your first time exploring with hypnosis do the above exercise 14 times before you actually use the first exploration program in its entirety By that time you will easily be conditioned to receive impressions They will come to you in different ways like a movie in your mind a fantasy in your mind a quick or cloudy impression that disappears something you feel or hear rather than see Sutphen prefers his subjects to be in the lightest trance level for regression It is all that is necessary to provide valid prior life information
